Aquapure Treatment

Aquapure Treatment

Aquapure is a facial treatment system by the South Korean company CLASSYS that combines cleansing, exfoliation, hydration and skin toning in a single session. The procedure is performed without injections and without damaging the skin. Aquapure is chosen when you want clean, fresh and hydrated skin without downtime. The effect is visible immediately after the session, making the treatment convenient before an important event. A regular course also helps maintain the skin in a stable condition.

Clean pores

Vacuum suction combined with a solution gently removes excess sebum, impurities from the pores and dead skin cells.

Deep hydration

The skin receives hydrating and soothing serums and looks fresh and smooth.

A firmer appearance

Microcurrents and the cryo/thermal stage tone the skin, helping the face look fresher and more cared for.

No downtime

You can apply makeup and return to your normal activities immediately after the session.

Aquapure: What It Is and Who It Is Suitable For

Aquapure is a device-based skincare treatment centred around vacuum hydropeeling. A special solution softens impurities, the vacuum tip removes them, and the pores are then infused with cleansing and skincare serum. The skin is subsequently treated with three additional handpieces, which is why Aquapure is described as a “4-in-1 treatment”.

Aquapure Device: 4 Handpieces and 4 Serums

The Aquapure device has four handpieces, each designed for a specific purpose:

  • Aquapeel — cleansing and exfoliation combined with nourishment and hydration;
  • Electroporation — helps deliver skincare ingredients into deeper layers of the skin without injections;
  • Microcurrents — stimulate circulation and tone the facial muscles;
  • Cryo/Thermal — cold helps make fine lines less noticeable, while heat tones the skin.

The cosmetologist selects AquaSolution serums according to the condition of your skin:

  • Peel+ — exfoliation;
  • Sebo+ — oil balance and blackheads;
  • Rejuve+ — nourishment and hydration;
  • Cleansys+ — deep cleansing.

Who the Aquapure Treatment Is Suitable For

The treatment is suitable for women and men who want to:

  • even out skin tone and make sun-induced pigmentation less noticeable;
  • hydrate dehydrated skin;
  • care for oily skin prone to breakouts;
  • make fine lines less noticeable;
  • quickly refresh the face before an event.

How Aquapure Differs from Mechanical Facial Cleansing

During mechanical facial cleansing, pores are cleared manually, and the skin often needs several days afterwards to calm down. Aquapure uses vacuum suction and liquid solutions, so the cleansing is gentler and no anaesthetic is required. Mild redness may occur but usually subsides quickly.

Contraindications

The treatment is not performed in the following cases:

  • pregnancy and breastfeeding;
  • a pacemaker, defibrillator or metal implants;
  • severe or cystic acne;
  • open wounds, abrasions or inflammation on the face;
  • allergy to serum ingredients or chemical peels;
  • facial nerve tumours;
  • multiple sclerosis.

For this reason, the cosmetologist always carries out a consultation before the treatment.

How Many Treatments Are Needed

One session is enough for a quick refresh. For longer-lasting results, the manufacturer recommends a course of 5–8 treatments at intervals of approximately two weeks. The cosmetologist determines the exact treatment plan based on the condition of your skin.

How the Aquapure Treatment Is Performed at PIED-DE-POULE

01
Consultation

The cosmetologist assesses the condition of your skin and discusses your concerns. They also check for contraindications and select the serums and stages of the protocol.

02
Skin Preparation

The skin is cleansed of makeup and impurities. No special preparation is required on your part.

03
Hydropeeling

Using the Aquapeel handpiece, the cosmetologist moves along the facial massage lines while simultaneously delivering the serum. Vacuum suction gently removes dead skin cells, excess sebum and impurities from the pores.

04
Electroporation

The handpiece helps deliver skincare ingredients into deeper layers of the skin without injections. This stage enhances hydration after cleansing.

05
Microcurrents

Low-level impulses stimulate circulation and tone the facial muscles. The skin looks fresher and firmer.

06
Cryo/Thermal and Final Care

The cosmetologist finishes the toning stage using cold or heat. At the end, a moisturiser and sunscreen are applied.

FAQ

  • What is the Aquapure treatment?

    Aquapure includes device-based cleansing but is not limited to cleansing alone. One session combines hydropeeling, electroporation, microcurrents and a cryo/thermal stage. The pores are cleansed with vacuum suction in a liquid medium rather than by manual extraction.

  • How much does Aquapure cost?

    The Aquapure price depends on the protocol and treatment areas: face only, face and neck, or face, neck and décolleté. The current price is available in the price list on the website or from the salon administrator.

  • Is Aquapure painful and will there be redness?

    The treatment does not require anaesthesia, and the handpieces do not damage the skin. Mild redness may occur but usually subsides quickly.

  • How long does the treatment take and how many sessions are needed?

    The device-based part takes approximately 20–30 minutes. Including the consultation and final skincare, the overall visit takes longer. For lasting results, the manufacturer recommends 5–8 treatments at intervals of around two weeks.

  • Who should not have Aquapure?

    The treatment is not performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding. It is also contraindicated for people with a pacemaker, defibrillator or metal implants, severe acne, wounds or inflammation on the face. Other restrictions include allergies to serum ingredients and multiple sclerosis. The cosmetologist makes the final decision after the consultation.

  • What should I do after the treatment?

    You can apply makeup immediately and return to your normal routine. For two weeks, it is advisable to avoid direct sun exposure, use SPF and provide the skin with additional hydration.
